Dubai-based Nordic Homeworx was founded in 2006 in an effort to bring premium Swedish wood flooring to the region. Today, we have surpassed our 11th anniversary as the exclusive distributor of Kährs in the UAE, as well as the agent for the brand in the Middle East. Over the years, we have developed a successful concept based on a strong passion for Kährs as a brand with our Nordic heritage to bring natural wood flooring to Dubai and the Middle East.
Our showroom is located on Level 12 of Sidra Tower in Dubai. We are open 6 days a week: Saturday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. We can also schedule appointments at other timings upon special request.

Having spent many years in the Middle East, Economics graduate Pauline converted a personal passion for wood flooring into a full-fledged Dubai based business in 2006. Pauline combines years of customer service experience with Swedish tradition of wood floors.
With a B.Arch. degree in Architecture, Jasna’s versatile skills and experience has allowed her to work across a wide range of projects, including construction, interior and architectural design. Jasna is a true expert in the world of interiors.
James has degree in Business from the UK and over a decade of sales experience in the UAE. He has worked across different industry sectors (including sports surfaces) and has a strong understanding of the regional market. James is dedicated to helping the customer achieve the best possible outcome.
With strong customer service skill, business mindset, and with her experience in sales for 7 years in Dubai, Hiyas is efficient in supporting the Commercial Sales in maintaining and developing a long term relationship with clients, prepares client quotations and assists with managing client accounts.
Julie works with the commercial team, supporting with preparing quotations, submittals and liaising with accounts. Julie also works with logistics, managing our orders from Kährs warehouse in Sweden.
With a Business degree from Spain and a mixed background, Philipe has a solid understanding of cultures, and is able to establish strong relationships with our clients. With his Kährs wood flooring expertise, Philipe guides our clients through all their design ideas.
With a Bachelors of Commerce (BCom Hons.) degree from the University of Pretoria, Morgan applies his expertise and previous experience in project management to his role as Residential Sales Manager to help you transform your residence into your dream home.
Jamil has been instrumental in our business, since the company’s formation in 2006. Ensuring the team delivers and installs Kährs wood flooring to the highest specifications, Jamil leads a team of installation specialists and monitors the quality for each project.
With a BA (Hons) Design Management degree from London, Sarah uses her marketing, branding and creative eye to ensure Nordic Homeworx is noticed for all the right reasons. She is an interior design enthusiast, and is the writer of our interior design blog.
Gabriella is coming from a background of sales & management and is in the midst of a BA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management. She is working closely to our MD, coordinating both work and private life. If there are problems to be solved, you can be sure Gabriella sorts it out!
With nearly 20 years in the design business, drafting technician Rodolfo is responsible for the CAD drawings for our projects. His design skills and attention to detail are essential in demonstrating the look of a customers’ flooring within their room layout.
