SWEDISH SAFFRON BUNS

In Scandinavia and a few other countries, December 13 is known as Saint Lucia’s Day. On this day, a traditional kind of bun, Lussekatt (“St. Lucia Bun”), made with saffron, is normally eaten. Here’s a beautiful video showing how this delicious bun is made, and here is the recipe to make your very own Lussekatter!
