BLEECKER TOWER

This impressive home in NoHo, Manhattan is what could be considered to be the epitome of high fashion interiors. The apartment, represented by ESNY, is located inside the Manhattan Savings Institute Bank building (built in 1898) and is considered as one of the era’s most beautiful buildings. After extensive renovations, they have managed to recreate and maintain the building’s glory days, and the property today effectively combines historical details with modern luxury textures such as marble, chrome and a glossy white wood floor that both looks and feels luxurious underfoot.
Maintaining a strict monochromatic colour scheme throughout the apartment with white, grey and black is what essentially makes the home look and feel high fashion. However, the use of luxurious natural textures, materials and natural elements successfully warms the space and makes it inviting and homey.
To get the look, select Kährs Opaque, a natural wood floor with a white semi-transparent stain and a sleek high gloss lacquer.
