Commercial Key Account Manager
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships?
We’re looking for a Commercial Key Account Manager to join the Nordic Homeworx team and drive growth across our commercial business, with a particular focus on expanding our presence in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong industry relationships, developing new business, and managing high-value projects from the first conversation through to completion.
You’ll manage your own portfolio of architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, and contractors, helping bring premium residential and commercial projects to life with our sustainable Swedish flooring solutions. Working closely with our Sales, Operations, Marketing, Aftercare, and Finance teams, you’ll ensure every client receives a seamless experience while identifying new opportunities to grow your portfolio.
This is a role for someone who is commercially minded, proactive, and confident managing both long-lead and fast-moving projects. You’ll build lasting partnerships, represent the Nordic Homeworx brand in the market, and play an important role in strengthening our position across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Project Manager
Are you someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and seeing things through from planning to final handover?
We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of flooring installation projects across both residential and commercial sites at Nordic Homeworx. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, enjoys solving problems calmly, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, high-quality project experience.
You’ll oversee projects from pre-installation planning through to completion, ensuring timelines, site readiness, and stakeholder expectations are aligned at every stage. Acting as the central point of coordination between clients, contractors and internal teams, you’ll bring clarity, organisation and steady follow-through to every project you manage.
This is a hands-on delivery role where accountability matters. You’ll manage multiple active projects at once, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure installations are completed to Nordic Homeworx’s quality standards — always reflecting our values of trust, care, excellence and responsibility.
