GIVE ME SPACE
January 8, 2014
This minimalistic apartment in Berlin, Germany is a real beauty. We love the high ceiling, neutral interiors and large windows, all adding to the overall airy feel. While the diverse areas are separated by walls, creating depth and intrigue, the neutral colour palette throughout enhances and ties this beautiful home together into one large space.
The “greige” (a cross between grey and beige) colour of the wood floor is very modern and creates a very cool, contemporary feel. The wide and long planks also elongate and enhance the room. Select Kährs Espace Oak, a floor with 2.8 meter long planks, smooth handscraping and a whole lot of grandeur that both looks and feels heavenly underfoot.
