Yesterday we spent the day at the beautiful Fairmont The Palm hotel for our annual kick-off, reviewing the year that has passed and planning for the year ahead.
After a full conference day, we proceeded to have drinks overlooking the beautiful sunset, and finally made our way over to The Chef’s Palette by Gaggenau – a unique cooking studio run by talented Michelin star trained Chef de Cuisine, Romain van Durmen.
During our Spanish-themed masterclass, we learned how to make a delicious paella and chocolate-dipped churros. It’s a great team-bonding experience- and Chef Romain and his colleagues were all extremely pleasant, amusing and informative. The perfect end to a great day out with the team!
