Did you know that they estimate the human soul to weigh roughly 21 grams? 21grams is Dubai’s only Balkan bistro, a much-loved homegrown concept founded by Stasha Toncev in 2018, that offers honest and bold food inspired by the countries of the Balkan Peninsula. Following its success, the bistro recently expanded by moving into a bigger space and selected Kährs wood flooring for it’s interiors once again.
