When interior designer Viviane Khoury takes on a project, she pours her heart into every detail – and this beautiful villa in Arabian Ranches is no exception. Working closely with Nordic Homeworx, Viviane carefully selected four different Kährs floors to define and elevate each space in this large family home. From soft neutrals to rich, smoked hues, each floor tells its own story, adding warmth and texture everywhere you look. The living room is a particular standout, with its striking Herringbone Oak CD Smoked Oil floor. With natural colour variations and visible knots, its rough-yet-smooth surface just begs to be touched, it’s a timeless choice full of character and soul.
