For Villa Rio in Lime Tree Valley, Jumeirah Golf Estates, C’est Ici chose to celebrate rather than replace the home’s original staircase. Clad in Kährs Piazza AB White Oil, the staircase becomes a striking architectural feature, bringing warmth, texture and a sense of permanence to the entrance. The natural oak works beautifully alongside checkerboard stone, black steel and bespoke joinery, creating a carefully balanced palette that feels both timeless and contemporary. A thoughtful example of how the right materials can transform an existing space while respecting its original character.
