STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN

This villa on Al Wasl Road was designed by Dubai-based architectural firm CentimeterCube and part of a set of five contemporary mixed-use villas. The floating staircase is covered in rich Walnut Philadelphia by Kährs American Naturals Collection, which creates a visually dramatic contrast to the slate floors and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, while adding a touch of softness to the space. It’s all about finding the right balance.
