We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Team Lead to strengthen and grow our commercial sales function at Nordic Homeworx. This role combines hands-on sales with team leadership, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both winning projects and helping others succeed.

 

You’ll lead and support a team of commercial sales professionals while also managing your own portfolio of design-led, high-value projects across Dubai. From interior design firms and developers to consultants and contractors, you’ll work with clients shaping some of the region’s most refined residential and commercial spaces.

Sales Executive

Sales Support Executive

Are you organised, proactive and good at keeping people, information and timelines aligned?

 

We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join the Nordic Homeworx team and play a key role in supporting our sales organisation. This role sits within the Sales Support Team and works closely with the Head of Sales to keep priorities clear, communication flowing, and daily sales activities running smoothly.

 

You’ll guide and support a team of Sales Coordinators while also being hands-on in day-to-day sales support — from scheduling and documentation to follow-ups and CRM updates. It’s a role for someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership, and likes helping others stay organised and on track.

 

Acting as a central point of coordination, you’ll help manage the flow of information between Sales, Operations and leadership, ensuring actions are followed through and client service standards remain high. Your work will directly support a smooth client journey and a well-functioning sales team.

We’re looking for a Marketing Support Executive to join the Nordic Homeworx team and work closely with our Marketing Manager across day-to-day marketing execution.

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate and moving forward behind the scenes. As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll support a wide range of marketing activities — from admin and website updates to social media support, research, events and keeping our product and image libraries well organised. It’s a hands-on support role where attention to detail, reliability and a proactive attitude really matter. While the position is part-time, some flexibility in working hours is required.

In this role, you’ll translate creative visions into detailed AutoCAD layouts, BOQs, and full installation file sets that support the flawless execution of our high-end wood flooring projects. You’ll conduct site visits, verify site conditions, and collaborate closely with our technical, project, and installation teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility every step of the way.
