Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Are you someone who enjoys being at the centre of it all – keeping things organised, connecting the dots between departments, and helping sales and marketing teams work better together

 

We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, marketing and export efforts at Nordic Homeworx. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Sales, Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager to make sure communication flows smoothly, projects move forward, and no detail is missed. From coordinating client meetings and preparing proposals, to supporting marketing campaigns, events and managing CRM data, you’ll play a key part in the daily rhythm of our sales and marketing functions.

Sales Coordinator

Are you organised, proactive, and great at keeping things running smoothly?

 

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Nordic Homeworx. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team – handling client communication, coordinating sales activities and making sure everything stays on track from the first inquiry to the final installation. You’ll also work closely with our project team and build strong relationships with clients, designers, architects, and contractors.

Operations

After Care Coordinator

Are you great at building relationships and making sure customers feel valued even after the sale?

 

We’re looking for an After Care Coordinator to be the go-to person for our clients when it comes to maintenance, repairs and ongoing support. In this role, you’ll help homeowners and businesses keep their wood floors looking their best – handling inquiries, scheduling site visits, coordinating repair work and offering aftercare products. You’ll also gather feedback and work closely with our sales and operations teams to keep improving the customer experience.
