KRUKMAKARGATAN 24

This apartment in Stockholm, Sweden is super inspirational! We especially love the minimalist kitchen with black cabinets and stainless steel accents, and the cozy eating area by the window with a social “bar table” feeling and views over the street below.
In order to maximise the natural light of the space, the owners of this home have not applied any heavy drapes or curtains to the windows, and have softened the quite angular and sharp-lined space with lots of natural green plants and textures.
Because the home has a relatively open-plan kitchen towards the living room – with minimal walls diving the two spaces – it is perfect that they have laid the same natural oak wood flooring, similar to our Kährs Oak Jersey wood floor, throughout the two rooms to create a continuous flow. Kährs Oak Jersey is a 1-strip floor in selected oak. The bevelled edges help to create a floor whose look and feel recall bygone days.
